Command-Line Installation with SLT#

For developers who prefer or require a GUI-free workflow, Silicon Labs offers the Silicon Labs Tool (SLT), a command-line utility equivalent to Simplicity Installer.

If you prefer or require a GUI-free command-line workflow, you can use SLT-CLI (Silicon Labs Tool command-line interface), which is the same tool used by Simplicity Installer UI.

SLT-CLI allows you to install and manage the full Simplicity development environment, including Simplicity SDKs and tools, directly from the command line. For more information, see the Silicon Labs Tool (SLT) documentation.
