Bug Fixes#
Fixed rsi_ble_connect_cancel() handling to ensure that the connection callback reports error status 0x4E02, indicating that the ongoing BLE connection attempt was canceled.
Fixed an issue where rsi_ble_connect_cancel() returned error 0x4E0C when canceling a connection attempt without receiving a connection callback during extended advertising and scanning.

| ID | Issue or Limitation Description | GitHub / Salesforce Reference (if any) | Workaround (if any) | Affected Chip Revision, Hardware Modules, Host Interfaces |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1633218 | When the RC clock is enabled, the DUT stops BLE advertising at –20 °C. This issue is observed only on the A7 board. | None | None |
|
| 1780161 | The connect_cancel API returns a firmware timeout error (0x103) during the extended advertising and scanning scenario without a connection callback when the remote device is located around 20 meters away. | None | None |
|
| NA | The 9116 uses a software-based HRNG for BLE operations because the on-chip Hardware Random Number Generator (HRNG) may exhibit limited entropy or repeated output patterns under certain operating conditions. | None | None |
