Start collecting statistical data.

Send Filter Broadcast Request frame.

uint8_t | [in] | filter_bcast_tim_till_next_cmd | 0 - filter_bcast_in_tim is valid till disconnect of the STA. 1 - filter_bcast_in_tim is valid till next update by giving the same command. |
