A DMA Manager instance handle data structure.

A handle is associated with a single DMA peripheral instance, and only one handle can be associated with a given DMA peripheral instance at a time. The handle can be allocated either by the application or by the DMA Manager. The application must not modify the contents of this handle and should not depend on its values.
