Common Workflows#

Use these command-line interface (CLI) workflows to develop embedded software from a terminal instead of the Simplicity Studio graphical user interface (GUI).

These workflows use two tools:

• Silicon Labs Tool (SLT) to install and manage software development kits (SDKs), build tools, and the development environment.

• Silicon Labs Configurator command-line interface (SLC-CLI) to create, configure, validate, and generate embedded projects.
