PTA Results and Observations#
PTA results were analyzed to evaluate the performance of the SiWG917 SoC in different configurations. Tests were conducted in a shielded room environment using the SiWG917 B0 2.0 BRD4338A SoC board. The analysis focused on the interaction between WLAN (acting as the PTA Main) and Zigbee (acting as the PTA Secondary), particularly when operating on overlapping channels.

Note: Zigbee packet loss is expected during WLAN reception because the reception phase is not protected by the PTA mechanism.
The analysis of the PTA results indicates that the SiWG917 SoC performs well across different PTA configurations, with minimal Zigbee packet loss when PTA is enabled. However, during WLAN reception, Zigbee packet loss increases because the reception phase is not protected.
