EzRadio auto acknowledge mode.

Enumerator
ezradiodrvAutoAckDisabled	Auto acknowledge transmission disabled.
ezradiodrvAutoAckImmediate	Immediate acknowledge transmission.
ezradiodrvAutoAckSkipOne	Acknowledge transmission is skipped for one cycle, eg. not to transmit ACK if ACK is received.
